1996 schrieb die KUPF - Kulturplattform OÖ den ersten Innovationstopf aus und bezeichnete die Funktion dieses neuen Fördertopfes, als die eines Impulsgebers für die kontinuierliche, kulturelle Arbeit in den Regionen.

In 1996 the KUPF - the Cultural Platform of Upper Austria - announced the first Innovation Pool and described the function of this new funding pool as providing impulses for ongoing cultural work in the regions.

En 1996, KUPF convocó a la primera plataforma cultural e innovativa de Austria Alta y delineó la función de este nuevo fomento como una de las impulsadoras para el continuo trabajo cultural en la región.

Y también 11 años y 12 convocatorias más tarde, el trabajo de las iniciativas culturales sigue presentandose como modelo para las relaciones sociales, que se caracterízan por su autonomía, posibilidades de participación, análisis político y producción continua.

Kupf kültürel platform 1996 yılında ilk yenileme formu kurmuştur ve bu form bölgelerde devamlı ve kültürel görevle yüklenmiştir.

11 yıl ve 12 duyuru’dan sonra yinede bölgesel kültür faaliyetler ortamı birligi made gösterip kendi kararlı, paylaşma imkanı, politik tartışma ve devamlılık üretmekle yüklenmiştir.
